In this show, I acted as the stage manager. I was responsible for running the room and reports, keeping our schedule organized during rehearsals, and training my ASM. I also ran production meetings and communicated with designers. On show days, I ran the pre-show process, ran fight call, communicated with my ASM, and called cues.
